Congratulations to our New Graduate, Dr. Dana Jarkas!

Congratulations to our recent PhD graduate, Dr. Dana Jarkas, on completing her doctoral degree and receiving the prestigious Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement!

Her doctoral research explored the effects of prenatal, maternal mental health challenges on both the mother's and infant's health and development, while also considering the effects of postnatal, psychosocial factors. Dana has since begun an exciting new chapter in Dubai where she is working as an Instructor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. We are so proud to celebrate her accomplishments and wish her continued success in this next stage of her career. Congrats, Dr. Jarkas!
