May Crober
May is a diligent student who is currently pursuing their Master of Science in Neuroscience at Carleton University under the supervision of Dr. Robyn McQuaid. Their project is focused on looking at the impacts of hormonal birth control on stress reactivity, inflammatory biomarkers, and mood, and is very passionate about women-focused research.

May completed their Bachelor of Science Honours in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. In their 4th year, May completed their Honours thesis with Dr. Kim Hellemans (Carleton University) investigating the roles of social support and resilience as mediating factors in the relationship between loneliness and mental health.

May currently volunteers with the Carleton University Students' Association (CUSA) Gender & Sexuality Resource Centre (GSRC), and is also a member of the NeuroEDI committee.

Outside of school, you can find May writing fiction stories and watching the latest cheesy reality show with their sister and two cats.
